Rich Laxer is the Chairman and Managing Partner of NAX Capital. He is a seasoned industry leader with a remarkable career spanning over 30 years at GE Capital. During his tenure as Chairman and CEO, he oversaw $100 billion in M&A transactions and managed assets exceeding $150 billion, along with leading teams of 50,000+ employees. Rich's extensive board service of over 20 years has made him a valuable asset to companies of all sizes. Since 2018, he has focused on early-stage investments, offering critical guidance to support their growth and success. Throughout his career, Rich has excelled in navigating changing market conditions and regulatory environments, effectively managing financial and operational risk. As Chairman and Managing Partner of NAX Capital, Rich's extensive knowledge and strategic guidance are instrumental in driving the company's success.

Jason Nolte is a Managing Director of NAX Capital. He is an investor and innovator with over 17 years of professional experience spanning corporate development, venture capital investing, and engineering. He most recently served as Head of Corporate Development and Chief of Staff at NAX Group where he worked alongside its founder to build the business since its inception. As an Investment Partner at the corporate venture capital firm, GM Ventures, he built and managed an investment portfolio of early and late-stage technology companies with both a strategic and financial mandate. Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated the ability to balance both business and technology directives as a board member, P&L responsible leader, and awarded innovator.

Hilary Adams is Managing Director, Investor Relations and business development. In this position she oversees all investor outreach on behalf of NAX Capital for the firms joint venture funds, as well as investor communications and sales coverage globally. Prior to joining NAX, Hilary was a Sr VP at Jefferies where she managed sales and IR for Jefferies Credit Partners, and prior to Jefferies she was Principal, Investor Relations at Solace Capital Partners, a special situations and structured equity fund based in Los Angeles.

Robert Forsythe is Co-founder, board member, and Managing Partner of Third Lake Partners, and CEO of TL Capital, LLC, which provides investment management services to a Forbes 400 family. He also sits on several boards related to private equity and venture capital investments. Prior to joining TL Capital, Robert worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP ("PwC") in its Banking and Capital Markets practice, where he gained valuable insight into the inner workings of financial institutions. Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the finance industry. His expertise in direct private equity and venture capital investments has made him a sought-after advisor and board member.

Jeff Schumacher is the founder and CEO of NAX (New Asset Exchange), a software and services company that rapidly commercializes consumer and enterprise products to unlock adjacent growth in new markets. An innovation leader with more than 25 years of experience, Jeff has founded over 100 early-growth companies. Prior to NAX Group, he co-founded BCG Digital Ventures, which quickly became one of the fastest-growing venture investment and incubation firms worldwide. He has also served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company and the Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Strategy Officer of Sports Authority. He frequently contributes to media conversations speaking on the topic of digital disruption throughout the U.S, Europe, and Asia.
